This is an example description of Steve's Accounting Service.
A short discovery for teams that have a payments or banking product in market and a feeling that the next six months of build are pointed at the wrong thing. I interview the people who use it, write the brief, and run a workshop with whoever has to build it. I do not stay to own the roadmap. The point is to leave you with a decision you can staff.
Second opinions for people who already have a cardiologist and a file, and want another consultant to read it. Interventional practice, Manama, twelve years in the Gulf. This is not emergency care and it is not a procedure booking. You leave with a note your treating physician can use. Imaging must arrive before the appointment or we reschedule.

Structuring, valuation and due diligence support for companies establishing or expanding in the Gulf. Fifteen years of regional M&A, now run as a small DIFC practice that takes a handful of mandates a year. The typical engagement is a company that has an offer, a jurisdiction, and a spreadsheet that has started lying. We write the memo, sit with your finance lead, and leave you with a structure you can take to a bank. We do not do audit and we do not appear in court.
End-to-end setup for mainland and free-zone entities: trade licence, visas, labour cards and ongoing government liaison. I still do this work because I remember how long my own first licence took, and because operators setting up next to Rihla keep asking. Riyadh only. You get a named officer, not a ticket queue. Office leases and bookkeeping after month three are someone else's job.
Independent assessment of existing infrastructure and a staged migration plan, with hands-on delivery support if wanted. I work with fintech and payments teams that already have production traffic and are afraid to touch the estate. The review is the product. Delivery is a separate conversation once the plan is something a team can actually staff.
