Product discovery for Gulf fintech teams
IT Services
Dubai, UAE
A short discovery for teams that have a payments or banking product in market and a feeling that the next six months of build are pointed at the wrong thing. I interview the people who use it, write the brief, and run a workshop with whoever has to build it. I do not stay to own the roadmap. The point is to leave you with a decision you can staff.
